Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, on Tuesday evening was at the residence of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Lagos.
It was learnt that the former governor was in Tinubu’s house to wish him a quick recovery.
Tinubu had returned from a three-month medical trip abroad on Friday. The former Lagos State governor was said to have undergone knee surgery and physiotherapy.
Fayose, a staunch member of the Peoples Democratic Party, said he was at Bourdillon “to wish Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu a quick recovery.”
According to him, health issues knows no party. “Majority don’t celebrate people when they are alive but they like to sign condolence register. That is not the best way of life.
“Politics should not be a disadvantage but advantage and love for each other. Again I wish Asiwaju like every Nigerian leader sound and robust health.
“To those negative political analysts, I am for all times an unrepentant PDP leader and key stakeholder.”
