Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has won 31 out of the 33 local governments in the state.
The Independent National Electoral Commission has officially released results of the March 18 governorship election in the state, declaring Makinde winner in 31 out of the 33 local governments announced.
Makinde is the Peoples Democratic Party Candidate.
His main rival, Teslim Folarin of the All Progressives Congress won two LGAs.
