Sanwo-Olu visits Tinubu in London amid death rumour

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos state, on Tuesday visited Bola Tinubu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in London, UK.

The former governor who has been out of the country over a month missed the Lagos local government election held last week.

Tunde Rahman, his aide, had confirmed  that the APC chieftain would not participate in the election as he was on a medical trip outside the country.

They have been speculations that Tinubu had passed away and that the government was keeping it under the radar.

However, photos of Tinubu hosting Sanwo-Olu in London surfaced on Tuesday where the duo where seen in deep conversations.

Jubril Gawat, senior special assistant to Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, posted the photos on his official Facebook page with a caption, “DADDY Asiwaju with BOS today in UK.”
