NCC undertakes stakeholders’ satisfaction survey

The Policy Competition & Economic Analysis Department (PCEA) of telecommunications sector regulatory authority, the Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) has developed a Stakeholders Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire on the Commission’s Administration of Industry/Network Subscribers Data for all category of Licensees, pursuant to its ongoing efforts aimed towards ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction.

The notice posted on the Commission’s website reads in full:

“This survey is aimed at assessing the level of satisfaction its Stakeholders have regarding the periodic collation/publication of Statistical Data (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually),” stated the NCC.

In responding to the Survey, stakeholders are to provide
