A Zambian man has reportedly ended his marriage and filed a lawsuit against his wife after she took a photo with American singer Chris Brown, who kissed her cheek during a meet-and-greet session.
According to a post shared on X, formerly Twitter, the 42-year-old man from Lusaka decided to divorce his 34-year-old wife after the incident, which happened following a recent concert at FNB Stadium.
The post stated: “LUSAKA man, 42, has sued his wife, 34, for divorce in court over a picture she took with Chris Brown kissing her cheek during a ‘meet and greet’ session after the just-ended concert at FNB Stadium.”
When reached for comment by Zambian Post reporter Mercy Mulenga, the man, identified as Mr. Banda, reportedly said, “My wife lacks respect, and it is better we go our separate ways.”
