Seasoned broadcaster Frank Edoho has stated that he does not want his death associated with any woman, regardless of the relationship.

The comments were made in an interview on the Outside The Box podcast, which was re-uploaded to YouTube.

In the conversation, Edoho spoke about his desire to leave the world with peace of mind and the satisfaction of knowing he had positively impacted others’ lives.

According to him, he hoped to avoid living with regrets or unresolved pain.

Speaking on male vulnerability, silent suffering, and how he wanted to be remembered, Edoho said he did not want to face questions at the gates of heaven about whether a woman had caused his death.

He stressed that he did not want that to be the reason, whether the woman involved was his daughter, wife, or mother.

He added that he hoped to die with a smile, believing he had tried to bring happiness to the people he met, and that his only regret would be wishing he had done more good.

Edoho said, “I don’t want to go to the gates of heaven and they ask me what killed me and they say it’s a woman. Whether that woman be my daughter, my wife, my mother, I don’t want that. I don’t want that to be my way out of this portal.

“I want to die with a smile on my face, saying that all the people I met, I tried to put a smile on their face, and to have the only regret that I wish I did more good. Not that I wish I had more time, that’s all”.

The broadcaster gained national recognition as the host of the Nigerian edition of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’.
