Bandit commander Kachalla Yellow killed in Zamfara

Hunters and the Civilian Joint Task Force have neutralised a notorious bandit kingpin popularly known as Kachalla Sani Yellow.

The bandit warlord was killed in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State after a gun duel in which they repelled a bandit attack.

Kachalla Sani Yellow was one of the most influential bandit commanders terrorising the Local Government Areas of Anka, Bukkuyum and Maru in Zamfara State.

The late Kachalla Sani Yellow was said to be among the bandit commanders who launched coordinated attacks on innocent communities across North-Western Nigeria.

When contacted, the Zamfara State Police spokesperson, DSP Yazid Abubakar, confirmed the killing.

The remains of the bandit kingpin were widely circulated on social media, where they were mutilated.
