Two days after the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, visited Kuje Area Council with a warning for kidnappers and their informants to repent or get killed, the bandits on Monday morning stormed Gbau-Zakwoyiyako village in Gaube Ward in the council, killed three people and abducted five others.

Danlami further said four people sustained bullet wounds and were receiving treatment in a hospital.

The Village Head of Gbgau-Zakwoyiyako, Danlami Sambo, could not be reached for comment as his phone line was not connecting.

The spokeswoman of the FCT Police Command, SP Adeh Josephine, did not reply to an SMS on the incident.
