Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Wednesday raided some Bureau de Change operators in Sabo, Ibadan.

Sharing a video on X, OyoAffairs said, “Happening now: EFCC goes after Bureau De Change operators in Sabo Ibadan.”

EFCC had on Monday raided some Bureau de Change operators at the Wuse Zone 4 area of Abuja on. They were said to have arrested about 50 illegal operators.

Against the backdrop of the falling value of the naira, the EFCC had raised a Special Task Force across its commands, to clamp down on individuals mutilating the Naira and dollarising the Nigerian economy.
