Ooni of Ife, Obi of Onitsha storm Arochukwu to celebrate Eze Aro

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, and the Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe, will lead a delegation of Nigeria traditional rulers to the coronation celebration of His Eminence, Dr. Eberechukwu Oji, as the Eze Aro of Aro Kingdom on July 27, 2024.

The coronation ceremony, which will take place at the Arochukwu Civic Centre, promises to be a grand affair, with traditional rulers from across Nigeria in attendance. The event will showcase the rich cultural heritage of the Aro Kingdom and the importance of traditional leadership in modern society.

“We are honored to be a part of this momentous occasion,” said Oba Ogunwusi. “The Eze Aro is a highly respected leader, and we are pleased to see him take his rightful place among the traditional rulers of Nigeria.”
