The Chief Judge of Ekiti State, Justice Oyewole Adeyeye, has died at the age of 64, following a brief illness. He passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at a tertiary health facility in Ekiti State.

Justice Adeyeye, who was appointed to the position on October 11, 2021, by the former Governor Kayode Fayemi, was a respected figure in the legal community, known for his dedication and years of service.
