The PBAT/APC 2027 Presidential Campaign Council has created a new Directorate of Stage Organisation and Management and reshuffled the leadership of its youth and women mobilisation directorates ahead of the 2027 general election.

The changes, announced in a statement signed by the council’s Secretary, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma, are aimed at strengthening the campaign’s organisational structure and improving coordination following the inauguration of the council.
Under the new arrangement, Dr Farouk Adamu Aliyu has been appointed director of the newly created Directorate of Stage Organisation and Management, with former House of Representatives Speaker Adejare Bello named co-director.
In the youth mobilisation directorate, Ayo Olawande has been appointed director, while Dayo Israel will serve as deputy director.
The women mobilisation directorate will be headed by Mary Aille Idele, with former Minister of Humanitarian Affairs Betta Edu appointed deputy director and Imaan Suleman named secretary.
The appointments place the officials in key positions within the campaign’s mobilisation structure as President Bola Tinubu’s supporters begin preparations for his re-election bid.
The council said the changes were intended to promote a coordinated and inclusive campaign, with particular emphasis on mobilising young people and women.
It also urged the appointees to work with other directorates and campaign structures to implement its mobilisation strategies as preparations for the 2027 presidential election gather pace.
The latest adjustments follow the inauguration of the campaign council, which is expected to coordinate the All Progressives Congress’ presidential campaign for Tinubu’s re-election.
